Shipping Policy

All of our products are handmade and hand-packaged in the United States using organic, natural and fair-trade ingredients sourced from the best local farms. Although we do our best to ship your items quickly, we take great care with each order. For this reason, it may take up to 2–4 business days for your items to ship. You’ll receive an email update and a tracking number once your order has left our facility.

Return Policy

We are happy to accept any returns on sheepskins and baskets within two weeks of purchase for any reason. We expect that sheepskins and willow baskets are returned in the condition they are sent.

At this time, we cannot accept returns on tallow balms, teas, or herbal products. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your purchase as we may still provide partial to full refunds.
