"Marshmellow" Sheepskin
“Marshmallow” Sheepskin is a little lamb with a trouble maker past. She clearly got into a bur patch as she has a shaved patch on her rump and her wool was also caked in mud took a long time to clean! But she is still very beautiful! and would be great for a free spirited person.
This sheepskin is discounted since she is on the small end and her wool length is inconsistent with a few discolored patches.
Size: 39” x 17”
Bark tanned sheepskin are made naturally using solutions you can practically drink (but tastes really bad). This method uses traditional methods used in Europe for vegetable tanning without the use chrome or harsh chemicals.
Ingredients used in the process: Bark tannin (Mimosa, Willow, Sumac, Oak), Citric Acid, Salt, Egg, Oil, Soap
Please note that color varies from image. Back of sheepskins are NOT white, a sign of using vegetable or bark tanning methods. Normally they are pink, tan or brown and darken with time and sun exposure.
